The White-tailed Eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla), also known as the Sea Eagle is a large bird of pray and a close relative to the Bald Head Eagle. Equiped with extreamly strong claws and sharp eyes that can spot a pray miles away makes this bird a king in his kingdom.
Thorvaldur Örn Kristmundsson has been a photographer for two decades and started as a press photographer. Covering major news events in Iceland and also in many parts of the world, his focus today is mainly photo documentary and fine art. Born 1970 in Reykjavik Iceland, Thorvaldur has worked and made stories for various agencies and magazines all over the world. He is working on several projects including a book on a life in remote places, still life exhibitions and a " NO HUMAN CONCEPT " that will take place in Iceland.
